HOW TO USE
- Wet a fine liner brush with water (a little goes a long way)
- Use the wet brush and mix it into the product very well until it's a creamy consistency (like ice cream)
- Use a thin tapered angle brush to apply with precision. Use a large flat brush or makeup sponge for larger application
