Shipping Policy

All sales are final. Exchanges are accepted 14 days of receiving the items. All items sent back are at the senders' expense. It is recommended that you ship items with a tracking number. We are not responsible for all lost items.

WHEN CHARGES APPLY

Checkout currency is in US Dollars. Your credit card or Paypal account will be charged for the order total on the date and time you place your order. This means the funds will be deducted immediately if you pay using Paypal or authorization will be placed on your credit card which can take approx 2-3 business days to show up as an approved charge on your credit card statement. 

ORDER PROCESSING

Because of spikes in orders, it may take 2  business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your order to be shipped out. This means it may take Airleene Cosmetics. 2 business days to process and box up your order before your selected shipping service picks up the order.
